Mrs. Julie Potocki

Librarian

Julie Potocki is from California and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from California State University Los Angeles. She and her family moved to Joliet in 2005 and have been a part of the Cathedral of St Raymond parish since 2010. This is Mrs. Potocki’s 7th year working as the librarian, and she also oversees many of our school groups, including the St. Raymond Junior High School Student Council (which includes the School Spirit Committee, Service Committee, Social Committee, Fundraising Committee and Communications Committee), Entrepreneurship Club, Battle of the Books, Rocket Review school newspaper and Rocket News Network Program.

Mrs. Potocki loves spending time with her family (Mark, Marlie, Alaina and Eliza) and traveling to sunny destinations. She also loves to volunteer, cheer on the Rockets at all events and coach swimming (she has been a swim coach for 28 years at the club, high school, college and masters levels).
