January 23, 2026: Applications for 2025-2026 school year now accepted.

February 13, 2026:  Deadline for priority applications.  All applications returned during this time will be considered equally.  We do not have a “first in line” policy.

February 20, 2026:  Acceptance letters will be sent to all families.
*After this date, acceptance packets are mailed on the 15th and 30th of each month.

April 1, 2026:  Tuition Assistance Application due through FACTS.  Applicable to families with students entering K-8 only and for those who cannot pay the full tuition. (See separate handout for directions on this.)

April 15, 2026:  CEF Scholarship notifications sent.

June 15, 2026:  St. Raymond Endowment Scholarship notifications sent.
